Our policy which is clearly stated on the Groupons is that this is for 1st time services only Groupons can only be used every months is also stated on the groupon In the event someone does not read that or receives a groupon as a gift we allow them to use the dollar amount paid for the groupon towards any full price a la carte service Occasionally someone tries and use a Groupon more frequently as was the case with this customer The salon honored it a 2nd time even though they did not have to This customer used a groupon for a manicure / pedicure on May *, , July **, and tried to use a new one AGAIN on this visit in August We cannot stop a client from purchasing a groupon however it is our responsibility to apply the terms and conditions that are stated for the customers when they make the purchase Please let me know if you have any additional questions
