Review: On April 5th or so my brother-in-law ordered a rebuilt motor from SW Engines on my behalf and paid $945 The engine arrived April 22nd. When my brother-in-law started to install the motor he realized they had sent the wrong engine. We ordered the 1983 Chevy Blazer motor for a standard transmission and a fuel pump. The one that was sent was the wrong motor, it wouldn't work in the Chevy. After several unreturned phone calls, I finally got the info I needed to send the motor back, which occurred June 18th. I have yet to receive a refund for the motor. I have called at least 3 times a week and continue to get transferred to someone in book keeping who never responds to my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back, all $945. They advertise free shipping so at this point I am not inclined to pay anything.

Review: I purchased a replacement 1995 Honda EX Accord engine on August 28, 2014 from GotEngines (Order Confirmation #[redacted]). After engine installation the valves must be adjusted prior to diving the vehicle (per Got Engines requirement). At that time I noticed that all the rocker arm adjusting nuts and screws (valve lash adjustment) were seized (corroded metal parts). Seized means I could not adjust the valve lash without stripping the adjustment screws that are threaded in to each rocker arm. An excerpt from The Got Engines company mission statement reads: "We insure that the parts used in each engine are exactly what you are paying for—no worries about excessive deterioration and undue wear and tear on engine components." In my case "excessive deterioration" was the corroded rocker arm adjusting nuts and screws threaded in to each rocker arm. When I contacted customer service I was transferred and hung up on multiple times. I have corresponded via email to a [redacted] (email address: [redacted]@ea-tw.com) with months of dialog but no result. I have the entire email trail dating from today back to the time of the initial order. I would like to make note of the responses from Got Engines about my problem were excessively slow. Got Engines only cares about taking the money and then after that they don't want to discuss product issues that they claim to stand behind. Got Engines ([redacted]) asked me to send a quote for the rocker arm replacement (I have the email and quote if needed) which I did, [redacted] stated he would process that claim but never produced any result at all (sending me a replacement set of rocker arms) and completely stopped replying to my email follow ups.Desired Settlement: The rockers arms need to be replaced. All 16 of them (8 exhaust rocker arms and 8 intake rocker arms) to make the engine they delivered to me be operational and adjustable per Got Engines company requirements.

Mr. [redacted] had purchased an engine from us for a 1995 Honda Accord back on August 28, 2014. He had called us on October 7, 2014 to state that the lifters and rocker arms were a little corroded and rusty. We told him that it was a good running engine that was tested, we do not guarantee appearance for it is just a used engine from a 1995 vehicle. We had told him that could replace the rockers if he liked, but would not get reimbursed for them. Why would we cover the rockers if there was nothing wrong with the original rocker arms. From the pictures that he emailed us, they did not look rusty at all, they just had a little carbon on them relevant from normal wear and tear on a 1995 engine.

Review: On October 13, 2014, I purchased a used transmission with warranty from Engine Shoppers,LLC. The transmission turned out to be damage after driving for approx. 7months. I called to activate my warranty and was given the run around and excuses for why the warranty could not be honored. I feel that this company warranty practice is bogus and they advertise to entice the consumer to buy their product without any desire to uphold their warranty obligation as advertise. I feel they are STEALING money from people who put their trust in their companyDesired Settlement: My desire outcome is that Engine Shopper LLC, would refund my money and honor their warranty

Response:

Mr. [redacted] called in and we let him know his mechanic did not submit all the documents needed to initiate a claim. We simply explained to Mr. [redacted] he needed to submit the Installation Invoice, pics of the Transmission Seals and Filter, pics of the Odometer, proof of the Cooler Line Flush and a Shop Diagnostic Report to make sure all the proper maintenance has been done as per the Terms and Conditions of the Warranty. We clearly provide this in the email supplied when customers submit a claim. When we explained this to Mr [redacted] he immediately became irate and started yelling obscenities at the Representative. We are still asking for the items mentioned above and will be more than happy to review the claim once we have received the items needed.

A friend recommended EngineAndTransmissionWorld.com after my car engine blew and I needed a new one. I am now in the middle of a customer service nightmare. I have issues with the engine I paid nearly $1600 for and have heard nothing back from the company despite numerous calls and website contact postings. My recommendation: If you need any type of part for your car, stay away from EngineAndTransmissionWorld.com.
A company that makes a mistake, takes care of it. Engine and Transmission World sold an engine for $1600 that was advertised as having 54000 miles and my mechanic found it probably has closer to 150000 plus other issues that were not caught in their "quality" inspection, including a screw that was shcredding the timing belt. I left a message with the one-person warranty department several days with my phone number and have not received a return call. I wrote two contact forms on their website over the last three days and have not received a response. All of this points to a small operation scam or a company that doesn't employ enough people to take care of warranty and customer service issues. By the way, my mechanic also said the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. If someone recommends this company to you for any engine or transmission parts, run in the opposite direction as fast as you can. Since you can't write a review on their website, I believe all of the "positive" reviews they have posted on the site are not real.

Review: I purchased a Grade A engines from sw engines and they sent me an engine with cracked head gaskets and cracked heads. I tried to call talk about my 3 year parts and labor warranty that I had also purchased and they didnt want to help. I spoke with [redacted] in the parts/warranty department and he said to take a picture of the heat tab sensor and they would send me a new engine. I sent the picture attached to an email on 06-14-2013. I asked if the labor warranty would be able to help and [redacted] said no. I have paid my mechanic to pull the engine out and put their "Grade A" engine in. Now I have to pull it out again and put another back in. I paid $1,100 for the engine. I had to replace all the belts, hoses, gaskets which was about $600. My mechanic charged me $800 to swap out the engines.Desired Settlement: I want them to send me a good engine and refund me $800 to help pay for my mechanic pull their no good engine they sent me the good engine.

Response:

I bought an engine from this company they are going by "sw engines" got the engine about 15 days after I was promised and when it came in I paid to put the engine in and drove it about 150 miles and had rod knock. The company told me they would replace it if they need I just wanted a refund after arguing with them they said they would pay to drop the engine. Now after I paid to get the engine pulled they got the engine and they are now saying they never agreed to pay to pull the engine. This is after I was promised four or five times that they WOULD cover this cost. I recommend no one do any busniess with them. A bunch of liars. Will tell you what you want to hear to get their product back and then go back on their word and stick you with the cost.

I ordered an engine from this company, then decided to do a little research online and read nothing but negative comments about this company. I decided immediately that I do not want to do business with such a company so I called them back within 35 minutes to cancel the order but no one was answering the phone, it kept sending me to voicemail. I emailed them telling them I needed to cancel the other but also I kept calling until I got someone in sales on the line. I told them I needed to cancel an order I made about 30minutes ago but I was told that the billing department was closed and to call back on Monday. This was on a Saturday by the way. I called back Monday and finally spoke to someone in sales to get the order cancelled but the company refused to give me a full refund. The engine was for $1025.00 and they only refunded $769, keeping my $256 claiming there is a 25% charge to me for restocking for an engine that I called to cancel within 35 minutes of ordering and that was never even shipped
These people are crooks..

Review: I placed order for engine, I put on my credit card, Capital One Visa, $1595.00. Then on March 10th. I Cancelled order by calling my Visa credit card co. on March 13. told them not to Pay the amount that Engine shopper is requesting because I wish to cancel the amount of $1595.00. I could not talk with anyone at Engine Shopper, to get them to answer there phone calls. I sent emails canceling my original engine order. They are now trying to charge me a restocking fee of $400. When they never shipped a Engine, or any engine parts for my 2000 Focus Wagon . They said they were having a slight delay on the shipping date of, March 29, 2016, That is 16 days from when I first canceled the order.Desired Settlement: The Engine Shopper Co. needs to remove a service charge from the order that was cancelled.

Business

Response:

The complainant did not officially cancel the order through the Online Cancellation System until 3.18.16. Since the complainant waited well over the time frame of 24 hours to cancel the order with no restocking fee, we incurred the expense of processing the part to get ready for shipment. As stated and agreed upon when placing an order in the Terms and Conditions of the sale on Line 3: “All returned parts or cancelled orders are subject to a 25% handling and restocking fees plus customer assumes all shipping costs.” In this case we waived in shipping fees due to the order not be shipped yet. Furthermore, the complainant initiated a chargeback attempt on 3.24.16 with the Credit Company used when placing an order. Until this chargeback attempt is resolved we can discuss or come to any sort of agreement.

Very unprofessional while dealing with customer orders and payment information! I would highly recommend finding another company to deal with.

Review: On April 9,2014 I purchased a used transmission from this company they deducted 790.00 from my bank account. I had the transmission installed. The mechanic said it was no good so before we contacted the company he took the transmission to price transmission for them to take a look at it they said same thing the seal was not in tact. When we contacted the company they made arrangements to have the transmission picked up by R L carriers

they picked it up on may 27th the company received it on may 29th . I have the work order and bill of lading so it's been well over two weeks and my money is still not back into my account as promised.

When I call they put me on hold and transfer my calls to a voice mail I would like to know wheres my money they have their merchandise back.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor the agreement 790.00 +90.00 for return as stated in the verbal agreement

Review: I bought a 6,000 motor from company of June 3, 2013. Shipping company dropped motor off of truck. Sw engines received the dropped motor back. They were to send me a new motor. I spoke to Anthony the manager, said engine would be shipped out by June 28, 2013. I have called several times. No one will give me info on the motor. When it will be shipped or anything. One sales person did give me a VIN off the truck the new motor came out of. I got a car fax on the truck the supposed motor came out of a truck 4 years ago. Again, I call to find out where motor is no one knows, they got my $6000.00 on June 5, 2013. I do not have a motor and no one will speak to me.Desired Settlement: Get the motor I purchased. I am out rental fees machanic fees and I do not have a car to drive to work or provide transportation for my family. No one really seems to care.

Review: I ordered an engine from SW Engines on 9/14/15, to be shipped to my mechanic (J&H Automotive in Warwick, RI) -- the engine was not properly fixed to the shipping pallet, so it fell and was damaged during shipping. Additionally, parts of the engine were removed and put back improperly, further damaging the engine. Because of these damages caused by SW Engines, I was forced to pay extra labor fees to my mechanic, due to them having to swap parts from the old engine onto this new one.

I called SW's customer service and was treated rather rudely by a man whose name I did not get. He told me there's nothing they can do, and they make no promises about the condition of the engine when it arrives. He told me that I should take up my complaint with the shipping carrier, but he didn't know who that was. He assured me that there was absolutely nothing they could do.

I see that I'm hardly the first person to make a complaint against these people, and I'm sure I won't be the last. I would, at the very LEAST like to be reimbursed for the $300 that I was made to pay in extra labor costs-- I can provide all documentation if necessary.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the labor charges I was forced to pay due to the incompetence of this company.

Response:

We apologize for your experience with shipping. However, the customer claim of our incompetence in shipping the engine on our part is not valid. We ship thousands of engines every year safely and securely for the past 30 years or so. We always securely fasten the engine to the pallet as shown in on our website when getting a quote for many of the engines we stock. Furthermore, per the Terms and Conditions of the Free Warranty every customer must agree to before making the purchase, We do not warranty any attached accessory parts, such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, valve covers, brackets, flywheel etc. This is stated in the top section of the warranty and is more than clear for all to see as it is not a hidden condition. Additionally, we have no control over how the shipping company treats the engine once it has left our facility. We suggest this customer take up his claim with Oak Harbor Freight Lines as this is clearly a shipping issue.

Review: I've been trying to get ahold of customer service, a manager or someone with authority at this establishment for three and half weeks now, no return calls. I ordered a 4.9 engine with (air-in-the-head}, I put a side note in with the cashers check expressing what I needed. A representative called me when they received my check, asked if the information on the side note was correct, I said yes. That person told me yes they will send that particular engine described. I received an engine week ten days later, a week later is when I discovered that they had sent me a similar engine, an engine with (air-in-the-manifold) that I would have to modify, before I can use it for my truck. I talked to an individual today, he told me if I sent the engine back I would have to pay shipping and handling both ways and 25% restock fee, for there mistake and they will not send the parts I need to make there mistake (air-in-the-manifold) engine work. I paid good money and was expecting the engine I paid for, without any modifications done to it to make it work.Desired Settlement: I'd like to receive my full check amount, and for them to get their engine.

Response:

Mr. [redacted] had ordered a 4.9 engine for a 1996 Ford truck and the correct engine was sent in a timely manner. The engines are the sams and work the same way, except for the the only difference is that the AIR tubes are in different locations. There are no special modifications that need to be made engines are the same and work the same way, only difference is the location of the Air emission tubes. It will not make it run differently, it is still the same engine, and it will run the same way the original engine ran. We sell about 5 of these engines on a daily basis and no one else had ever complained about the location of the emission tubes. Mr [redacted] would not listen to us nor could he understand the clear logic of this or comprehend what we were trying to tell him.

Review: purchased an engine from SW, the engine arrived at the mechanic and the mechanic said the engine was no good, the cams on the motor are all rusted, the valve cover is broken, the timing cover is broken, the engine is no good. I have tried to call this business SEVERAL times, I got through once and got hung up on. They promised a 3 year warranty and they will not return my messages to even help with ANYTHING. I do not want to pay for this bad engine and they can have it back. They say they record all their phone conversations so they should have mine still. They are not making ANY effort to help me at all in any way. I had the mechanic even try to get a hold of them and he had no luck either. So now we have a bad engine sitting in Boise Idaho. We want them to take the engine back and drop the charges for it. If we have to we will pay to have it shipped back but that is all we feel we should even have to help with and we don't feel that is even our problem but we are trying to fix this issue. The mechanic refused to use that engine because it was too bad. it cost $3495.00 It should have been a good engine for THAT price, plus they say a 3 year warranty but no one can get a hold of them and they do not return calls like the message says and the e mails says they will.Desired Settlement: We have this on dispute with credit card but they said it was a legitimate purchase. We KNOW it was a purchase, it was NOT what was sold to us. It was not a working engine. We do not want to pay our credit card for this engine, SW engines can pick this engine back up at Boise Id from Euro Sport. We do not want to pay any money for this defective product. If we have to get a lawyer, then we will. The engine was defective. It is a bad engine.

valve covers and and timing covers are bolt on items and are not under warranty or part of an engine assembly that we sell.

surface rust on the cams are normal if the engine has been sitting up for a while.

Review: I ordered a motor for my 2008 Dodge Ram pick up on October 24th. They sent a form for me to complete with my signature agreeing to the terms and to provide the shipping address 10 minutes after I placed the order by phone on the 2th of October. I immediately completed the form and email back to the provided email address. They claim they never received this form yet they processed the payment and shipped to the wrong address (they shipped to the billing address). I discovered the shipping error prior to delivery and stop delivery. I tries several times to contact them always getting voice mail. Finally on November 20th I was able to get through the parts department and spoke with [redacted] he would not help unless I paid an additional fee to reroute the delivery. I refused to pay since they shipped to the wrong address. This is when I found out that they claimed they did not receive the form that they requested that I mentioned previously in this description. I ask to speak to a manager and [redacted] refused unless I agreed to pay the additional fee, when I stated that me speaking to a manager had no bearing on the fee he hung up on me. I tried several more time to contact them and no one would take my call. I contacted the trucking company and refused the merchandise on Friday November 22, 30 minutes later I received a call from [redacted] at SW Engines stating I would need to pay an additional fee to have it delivered. I explained to him that I refused the motor and was filing a claim with the Revdex.com, the Attorney General's office and my bank to reverse the charges for the motor. He told me to have a nice day and we ended the call. I arrived at my decision to refuse the motor after experiencing their lack of customer service and reviewing other complaints filed through the Revdex.com. I do not feel I should be charged when I never received the product and they shipped to the wrong address. Which according to the Revdex.com they have a history of shipping errors, poor customer service and fraudulent claims on the mileage that their motors have. They also requested a copy of my credit card and my drivers license to prevent fraud, which I did provide. Now I am not so sure that was not so they couldn't bill me the additional freight or return charges if I wanted to return the motor.Desired Settlement: I would like to be credited the charges applied to my debit card in full.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

They do not have a signed terms and conditions agreement, This is the page that has the shipping address on it that they claim they did not receive. If they have the signed terms and condition invoice then they have to address that the item was to ship to so it is their error not mine. I did try to contact them several times prior to the product being enroute and was always put into a voicemail with no return call. It was not until I spoke to [redacted] that I was able to speak to someone and voice my concerns at least until he hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. Also if they have the signed terms and conditions page why did the email it to me to sign just yesterday November 27, 2013 @ 11:55am. I have also attached a copy of an email I received after I called the second time on October 31st inquiring to the status of my order when I was put in to [redacted] voicemail and I received the attached email, therefore how could they have processed the payment on October 28th which my bank confirmed. It has been one tale after another in dealing with this company.

This business has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to replace an engine for nearly 2 months, and have been shipped the incorrect engine twice!...and they keep insisting it is my fault, eventhough I have signed documentation to the contrary. I now have two engines in my possession that I cannot use, and the company is insisting that I pay freight to return them ( costs incurred both ways...original order had $0 shipping fees ) and is refusing to pay added labor costs incurred from trying to install an engine which was not what I ordered.

Review: I ordered a transmission for my grandson's truck on 10/22/14. We got the first transmission, had it installed, and it didn't work. We activated the warranty after installation. The second transmission was never installed because the mechanic noticed it was cracked when he got it out of the crate. Over five months and $1,000 later, and communicating with [redacted], we have been through two non-working transmissions and my grandson is still not on the road. He is a college student and has had to borrow a vehicle to go to school since October. The staff at SW Transmissions have been very rude on the phone. They even hung up on my son-in-law. They lied repeatedly. My son-in-law was told the 3rd transmission would be in WV by March 13th. When it didn't show, we called. They didn't know where it was. They had the old tracking number. They kept saying, "Just check your email." We never got an email. They never returned phone calls. I requested a refund and [redacted] told me I would hear from someone by 5 pm that evening. That was on March 24th and I have yet to hear from them, nor has my account been credited. I have been nothing but patient with this company. I have never gotten rude, raised my voice, and I have always given them the benefit of the doubt until last week. They went over the top when they began hanging up the phone and making rude comments. I am very disappointed in this company!

Review: I purchased an engine for my 2004 Landrover Discovery from SW Engines in August of 2014 for $3200. The engine was installed ($1700) in September. I drove the truck for less than 100 miles when the engine failed due to a blown head gasket. I called SW engines to inform them that the engine was junk and at that time they said that they would send a replacement. This was in Late October. I requested that they pay for the second installation as the product was defective and [redacted] (warranty manager) denied my request stating that this wasn't covered under their warranty. I would end up paying for the second installation. Over the proceeding two month, [redacted] and [redacted] (shipping) gave me the run around, telling me numerous times that the engine would be shipped out on almost a daily basis. [redacted] actually put so much effort into misleading me that he told me he actually placed the engine on the truck for shipping himself. I found out over a week later, when the engine never showed up at my mechanics shop, that this was not the truth. The replacement engine was finally delivered in late December, My mechanic informed me that the engine was missing a number of components and these all needed to be ordered via Landrover. The replacement engine was finally installed and ready for pick up in early February. I picked up my car and within the first few minutes notice a mild ticking coming from the engine. The mild ticking soon became loud rapping and as I attempted to pull off of the highway, the engine lights all came on. The engine stalled as I was pulling onto the off ramp. After having the truck towed back to my mechanic, I called SW Engines and left a message for [redacted]. I explained in detail what had happened and asked for a call back. I sent a few emails over the next two days asking for a response but received nothing. I called and left messages over the next few days only to get their voice mail. I left the same message each time. I finally called and got through to [redacted]. I told him exactly what happened; how I drove my car for 20 minutes with the replacement engine and how it seized. I told him that my mechanic said the bearing in the engine was bad and that the engine is no good. I told him I want a replacement and for SW Engines to pay for the third installation or my money back. [redacted] said I was outside of the 180 day parts and labor warranty. I corrected him and stated that he was correct with regards to the first engine I purchased in August, however, the replacement engine was shipped to me in late December, therefore I was well within the "180 day warranty." He said that management would have to make a decision on whether I would get a replacement or refund and that it was unlikely because I was outside of the 180 day warranty. Yes. Despite logic and reason, he continued to stress this invalid point. I asked him if I could speak with management and he, like many times before, transferred me to John (Manager), who has never answered my calls or returned my many messages. To date I have left him no less than five message and have asked in each message for him to call me back. I am in into this situation for $6500 and have been without a primary mode of transportation since August. I travel from NY to MA every other week for my work and now have to take the train, which costs $160 each way. If I had any idea I would still be engaged in this unreal degree of consumer negligence, I would have purchased another car, getting rid of my Landrover. This company should not be in business and based on the number of similar experiences I have read through on the Revdex.com, the owners should be criminally prosecuted.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that SW Engines refund the total moneys I spent on this situation. $3200 in the engine and $3300 on the two installations and parts that I had to buy. I will be pursuing SW Engines in both the private and public platforms of law for full damages if I do not receive full requested restitution of $6500.

Response:

I’m writing in response you letter regarding a Mr. [redacted]. He had purchased an engine from us back on August 6, 2014 for a 2004 Land Rover Discovery an we sent it to him in a timely manner. He had then called us on November 5, 2014 to report that he ha blown the head gaskets. We normally do not cover any gaskets but we were going to help him out, all he had to do is get an estimate from a shop to do the head gaskets and we would give him credit back on to his card for that. Mr. [redacted] elected not to do it that way, he wanted a new engine, so we told him to pull that engine out and we would exchange it. That is what we did and now he is all taken care of. His extended parts and labor guarantee was never activated by Mr. [redacted] so unfortunately the labor part of the warranty was denied. On February 19, 2015 Mr. [redacted] had called in to notify us that the engine started knocking and then had seized up. We are wondering if Mr. [redacted] is driving around with a clogged radiator or some other problem since he keeps blowing up all of these engines we send him. He also never provided any type of verification from a shop proof he had installed a new radiator or heat tab pictures to us at anytime. We now have sent him a 3rd engine last week, and we are waiting to get our engines back so they can be inspected for abuse and improper installation.

Review: I purchased on 12-11-13 a used motor from Southwest Engines. The advertisment states 3 year warranty or 36k miles. I contacted them on 8-5-14 inquiring about the warranty and I was told I did not provide the mileage so my warranty would not be valid. They had no paper work showing my proof of mileage. I then faxed to someone name Del the proof of purchase and that actual mileage was given at time of purchase. I called and spoke with Del on 8-7-14 to see if he got the fax. Del confirmed he got the fax. He then stated I did not do something that would activate the warranty even further, which according to him was on the paper work. I asked him if he could tell me which line that would be so I could read it for myself. He told me he had to go and hung up phone. I called and asked for a manager I was given the name John but of course he did not answer. I left a voice message. My big Complaint is that they sent no instructions telling me that I needed to go any further with activating the warranty. They shipped the motor only.Desired Settlement: I do not wish to do business with them any further. I feel they are shaddy and will try every trick there is not to honor their products. I would like my monies oe a portion if not all my money.

I am writing in response to your letter regarding a Ms. [redacted]. She has purchased an engine from us back on December 11, 2013 and it was for a 2006 Hyundai Sonata 2.4 liter engine, and we sent it to her in a timely manner. She then had called us on August 5, 2014 and said the engine had stopped on her with no other explanation, she had not taken it to a garage yet or nothing, the engine just stopped, that is all she said. So we did some research on her order and she had never activated her extended parts and labor guarantee like required at the time of installation per terms and conditions form that she had agreed to at the time of sale. We tried to help her out with the 180 day parts only guarantee since she never activated the extended warranty, but it was 57 days past 180 day parts only and that claim was also denied. Unfortunately there was nothing we could do for her per contract.

Review: On 05/19/14 I [redacted] placed an order on S W ENGINES web site for a transmission for a 2004 BMW 325i. There quote# is [redacted], in there web site they ask for the make, model, year and vin# I provided all this information. I receive the transmission on 06/05/14. When I saw the transmission I refused the transmission and the driver left with it. Then on 06/06/14 I called S W ENGINES spoke with one of there employee's he informed me that it could of been misstocked and that they would send me the right one, he said to follow up on Monday. So I called back just like I was instructed to do, I spoke with [redacted], he informed me that they had to receive the transmission back first before they can send out the next transmission and that it would take about a week, he also informed me that I would get a second invoice, so I waited a week and did not here from them so I called them back and spoke with [redacted] again he said that I had to speak with [redacted] about this sale, and gave me his direct line # [redacted], I have been leaving numerous amount of messages and Scott has never got back to me. On 06/16/14 I received a legal notice send out certified mail alerting me that the transmission is still at RL CARRIES and that there was a 57.20 charge per day fee. The next day I called the shipping company RL CARRIERS and spoke with Evone, she informed me that I could not receive the transmission without approval from S W ENGINES. So I called S W ENGINES and was able to speak with Scott, I informed him of the issue and explained the problem, he said that he need an email from RL CARRIERS, at that point I told him that he need to call RL and speak with Evone, I gave him Evone phone number, Scott told me that he would call and get back to me.I told him I would call him back in 30 min. [redacted] never called [redacted] and he never got back to me. I have records and recorded calls on how many times I tried to make an arrangement with S W ENGINES. I have never been so upset at a company.Desired Settlement: SEND THE RIGHT TRANSMISSION OR REFUND MY MONEY INV#237677
