It's a scam. Shea is a con artist. Customer service stinks. Every 30 seconds the station I would watch started buffering.
EnGarde has tried multiple times to reach out to Mr. since learning he was having an issue with his television. He has not taken any of EnGarde's phone calls and we continued to reach out to him in writing. He responded with a text, "I have no intention of calling you." He then proceeded to verbally assault and threaten employees of EnGarde and we still responded kindly and even still offered to provide assistance. He refuses to speak with us and allow us to assist him with his actual issue.
Shea was not Mr. salesman. Shea was simply trying to reach out to Mr. to resolve any issues he may have. Saying it's a scam and calling Shea a con artist, especially after he and EnGarde have repeatedly tried to resolve Mr. complaint, is untrue and therefore intentionally defamatory in nature. We are still willing to assist Mr. if he will reach out to customer service and allow us to assist him.
I strongly agree with Engardes comments. #1 I contacted Shea on 5/3/19 at 8:23 am which is 11: 23 am Sheas time since I am in Phoenix. He responded back at 10:48 my time which said he would look at my account. I responded back several minutes later. At 1:15 PM the same day I text him and asked if he found anything out yet. The same day I texted him at 4:30 PM and said I still cannot get in to a particular App called Vader. The App that I told him originally that I couldn't get into since 5PM the previous day.at 6:07PM on 5/3 I texted Shea and said I would like an answer answer as soon as possible. at 7:13 am on 5/4/19 I texted Shea and said that it was now going on the third day that I could not get in and told him his customer service stinks and asked who owned the company so I could get in touch with them. I need a response. On 5/5/19 at 7:18 am I texted him again saying that another day has gone by and asked how long to I have to wait until I could connect to the app. I said what really stinks is that he was looking into it on Friday when I first contacted him and he was ignoring my text messages. On 5/6/19 at 8:12 am I texted him again and asked what do I have to do get the app fixed no later than today . I told him that I couldn't even watch one of the TV;s because his tech never put the one app that we could watch he never installed the app several months ago after he took the fire stick with him to fix it and it took over a week to get it back. This particular app called Perfect we were able to watch but about every minute the stations that we were watching would buffer and we would either miss what had been said or it started again from when it started buffering. That evening my wife called Shea directly. Finally on 5/2219 in the morning Shea called and left me a voice message. Instead of calling him I texted him and told him I had no intentions to call him since there had been absolutely no contact in over two weeks from him. No one from Engarde called and left messages during the time that I stated texted him. I always dealt with Shea on anything that I needed. He was the sales person and he was the one that scheduled a tech to come out when I need service. Yes they have a local office here in the Phoenix area but when I would call no one answered or ever called me back if I left a message. The only time that Shea did get back to me was on the 22nd after he probably found out that I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in Phoenix which the local office never responded to. Yes I cancelled ny contract with Safe Streets USA who told me that Engarde was a subsidiary of theirs who was supposedly doing alarm monitoring of my house which was inaccurate because all they were getting a signal that the alarm was plugged in which supposedly needed as part of the deal. Even when I unplugged the alarm from the wall no one from the monitoring company ADT which collected the money even called me saying that they lost signal what was wrong. Adt couldn't tell me if my house was broken into because they were not monitoring me , All they cared about was that there was signal. Yes I did tell Shea that I had to send Shea a check for over $1300, to cancel anf dif he was honest and forthright he would at least send me a check for half of what I sent Safe Streets since I was getting no benefit from the TV service anymore or the monitoring. This text was after I had told him that I cancelled the contract with ADT and filed complaints with the Revdex.com. His response was Good enough.Yes I was upset and made compents that Shea was a con artist and it was a scam and by the way Shea is the only person that someone can contact if they want his service if you look at his website.

Our customers indicate that Mr. Hensley claims that the customer's television service will be shut-off unless they pay Mr. Hensley directly. SafeStreets is not affiliated with any television service provider. Your Alarm Services Contract is with SafeStreets and ADT. Please review any contract you may have with your television service provider and contact that provider if Mr. Hensley approaches you. Please contact SafeStreets' customer service at 804-412-0432 if you have any questions about your Alarm Services Contract.
I did contact Safe Streets by phone alomg with ADT at one point and the I sent an email to them and have received no response from the sine the 24th regarding the check that I sent,
