Gotta love the small business owner with the old style one on one reputation building service like Dennis is doing. Not pushing products or services, just the "how can I help" attitude. He was the only one of four calls that could come within a day to a beach side residence, and the other three companies were all located beach side! (funny anomaly) Both he and Brian were very knowledgeable, both have extensive work histories in Brevard County and worked like bees around a hive as they explained in depth all troubles and options. Refreshing experience and tops my list now after not so great experiences with a couple other beach side companies over the last 15 years. Condo recommend!
