Energywise Services

On Dec. 16/17 a rep from energywise called me concerning my heating and a/c contract with ***. This rep told me they had taken over from *** and that they would be removing the furnace and a/c units an replacing them with their own units. We were told the old would be returned to ***. We already had a contract with *** and were making payments to that company. The rep said he would be submitting a stop payment order to ***. He also told us that when the company calls we were to tell them that we own the units so we would get a $1000.00 rebate from Energywise and they would also submit the proper paperwork to the government for another rebate up to $1,700.00. On Jan. 15/18 I contacted Energy wise and spoke t *** concerning the $1000.00 rebate and I also said I could not reach the rep at the number he gave me. She said she would try to resolve the issue. In January I noticed that *** had taken out their payment. I contacted *** and inquired about Energwise and was told that Energywise had not taken over from ***. I then contacted ***. I filed a complaint and to me they are doing nothing. Basically I signed the contract and to take legal action. Right now my a/c unit is sill not hooked up which I was not aware that when is was installed. I am dealing with ***, which I am also making payments to, to try and get my a/c unit working. I have tried to contact Energywise at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and the line is always busy. I call the # *** gave me in Jan. X-XXX-XXX-XXXX ext *** but this number is no longer in service. I have sent emails with no reponse I have even called 411 to get a number and they have no listing for Energywise. As of now I am paying for 2 furnaces and 2 a/c units. I know it is buyer beware but this rep from Energywise had all of my info from *** and was very convincing.
