I have had no response to either phone calls, voice mails or emails to the property manager As a new homeowner in the community I had several questions re: process and required formsThere were no issues or complaints, just a simple request (times) for information I have confirmed with the company that the property manager has been in the office, not out of town, vacation etcthen left another message/request forr a return call or email responseHaving been in the Customer Experience Management (CX) business for more than years I think CEPCO is a prime example of poor CX I love I'll raise the question re: process for changing Property Management Companies at the next HOA meeting
I have had no response to either phone calls, voice mails or emails to the property manager. As a new homeowner in the community I had several questions re: process and required forms. There were no issues or complaints, just a simple request (3 times) for information. I have confirmed with the company that the property manager has been in the office, not out of town, vacation etc. then left another message/request forr a return call or email response. Having been in the Customer Experience Management (CX) business for more than 10 years I think CEPCO is a prime example of poor CX. I love I'll raise the question re: process for changing Property Management Companies at the next HOA meeting.

Absolutely horrible. Neglecting maintenance of grounds and buildings, misses scheduled meetings, completely unacceptable customer service.
