I was told I needed additional insulation in my attic, along with a new unitI paid for both at the time the unit was installed, because I was told the insulation would be done the next dayweeks later, no insulation installedCalled the tech and was told another weekweeks later, still no insulationCalled the office, and they said it would be taken care ofweeks after that, still no insulationAsked for a refund and waited almost weeks for a check, that they told me different times had already been mailed outI also realized after the unit ran for months, that they did not even put a filter in the unitYou give people the benefit of the doubt, and then you realize they were trying to take advantage of you the whole time.............Disappointed
