Thank you for your message below I apologize for the delay in responding The business in question did respond by returning the repaired auxiliary hand plate to me following my Revdex.com complaint This allowed me to at least have all of my purchased equipment in my possession again Ultimately I wanted them to take the entire product back (the hand unit and EFS machine) as they had assured me they would do should I not be satisfied its benefits of the EFS machine With that said, I am satisfied that they returned my repaired product, but ultimately wanted them to take the unit back This is a very specialized product and most likely difficult for me to sell.Thank you for your follow-up[redacted] ***
