The scratches on the car did not happened at my shop n also just to satisfy the customer I even refunded him the $dollars charged him to make him happy but if he is not happy I can't do any more then that coz what ever pencil line mark size scratches he is talking about didn't happen at my
shopOne of his friend recommended him to come to my shop that I have done the same service n he had no issue or complaintThanks***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I can't believe that not only your lying but you also know well yourself that these cuts arent scratches they were done with a razor blade, when you guys removed these tints you didnt even use a heat gun to make the tint easier to remove, you have caused damaged and cut the rubber of the window frame on both windows that you removed tints on, the $you have returned to me does not covee the damage your shop has done to my carSince you arent willing to give me the costs for the repairs I will be suing your business, I'd suggest that you are honest to your future customers and have the decency to fx your mistakes
