This company is absolutely ridiculous! My mother purchased warranty coverage and then tried to cancel 2 days later. They ABSOLUTELY would not cancel the policy. They kept trying to get her to keep the coverage. Completely bullied my mother and would not let her talk to a supervisor. My mother finally called me and ask me to help her get the warranty canceled. But it took A LOT of demanding and basically screaming at this woman to cancel the policy because she was so steadfast in not wanting to cancel the policy.

This is the worst car warranty company in the country. Do not waist your money with these people. They talk the talk until it's time to file a claim.... then they walk....AWAY!

I received a letter from Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C. stating that the price of my warranty would be going up. I called the toll free number and spoke with a representative. On this recorded call I asked him if the extended warranty I had on my 2020 Subaru was with his company. He told me it wasn't but all Subaru warranties were supposed to be. He also stated without knowing the name of my warranty company that any other warranty was junk and not worth the paper it was written on. I called my dealer and the finance person had never done business with Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.. My warranty is with EZ Care. I looked EZ Care up on the Revdex.com website and they had an A+ rating. So much for them being junk. Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C. had a "This business is not Revdex.com Accredited" rating. Since my call was recorded Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C. can listen to it ensure I am being accurate. By copy of this complaint I want to have Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.cease and desist with all mailings and/or phone calls to me.

Horrible money thieves don't get a warranty with them the deny everything

Great customer service when it’s signing up and taking your money. Tried several times to cancel before the 30 days. Left several voicemails and email never to be returned until after the 30 days was up. Finally was able to speak with a rep to cancel after holding for well over 20 minutes. Wouldn’t honor their policy even though they said they had received my emails. Buyer beware

Currently, Dealership (Bayside of Annapolis) submitted claim for engine. Endurance adjuster stated claim was denied because there was no oil in the car when checking the dipstick. The dealership stated that this is not true there is more than enough oil in the car for it to run effectively. Additionally, the dealership documented there were no oil leaks the car had all regular maintenance. I called endurance warranty. They stated that the dealer told them that the car did not have any oil and therefore the claim was denied. I then called the dealer back who stated that was not the conversation and he would call back and also record the call next call. When the dealer called back the stated that endurance then said that there is different information on record and instead of saying there is no oil in the car its not enough. Therefore, the claim will be denied. I then called the warranty company back. They stated that it does not matter because once someone goes out to review claim, no one else can go out and look at it to verify. Even if the dealership has stated on several occasion's on the phone call that oil is in the car and it has enough oil in the car. They dealer is saying the warranty company misread and the dealership company is saying that even if the dealership misread and has documentation showing that it was a misread on the endurance warranty part. The claim is closed. I will be working with a lawyer in hopes of getting a resolution.

I got this warranty back in December. Told me all the things they covered. First claim, only covered an alternator. Not the cooling system, not motor, not brakes, not internal transmission parts like they say. Not the clutch, which I asked 4 times if they’d really cover it. They said all electrical, but not a regulator on a power window motor, they’re one piece. BEWARE!!!! All warranty companies lie!!!!

The sales techniques used at this company is misleading. Ensure that you receive writing policy coverages before moving forward with this company.
