My dentist sent me here for a root canal Dr *** told me I didn't need a root canal charged 130. just a filling fast foreword 3 mo.need root canal
After Dr *** pushed me out of his office and charged me 130. For a consultation fee I returned to my primary dentist which was surprised but did the filling so now I have been with pain and sever swarm cold sensitivity on this tooth for 4 months called the dentist office and kept receiving a bill sent a letter 2 weeks ago finally got a call back in the note I asked dr *** to waive his bill and I would schedule and come in for the root canal I needed in December instead of the filling I had done. I wanted give him benefit of the doubt and assume responsibility of being wrong and no one is perfect but I didn't feel being charged for his mistake was fair. They responded with no reversal of fee and they wouldn't charge me for an x-ray if I had the root canal done there my insurance already paid for the x-rays for his location and my primary dentist also my filling and all x-rays and 2 visits (consultations) only cost me 40.00 with my primary dentist I asked the office manager about the bill and why my insurance did not pay any on it and she told me it was my insurance I needed to take that up with them it wasn't how the bill was submitted that was the problem.Now I have wasted 3 days dealt with this pain eating drinking for months and now I have to pull filling and have a root canal performed.
