This patient has 2 bills.  The system does reflect that a payment plan was set up.  We received a payment for $100 on 8/9/2016.  This was applied to the outstanding balance for [redacted] not to the $225 balance on the [redacted].I have taken the following steps to...

resolve this concern:1) called patient's father and left message to discuss with him.2) [redacted] originally denied payment on the [redacted] bill but reprocessed the claim after our appeal and a payment of $234.01was posted on August 16, 2016.  The non covered balance on     this account for [redacted] will adjusted to 0.00.  No additional payment is due from the patient.3) The payment that was made by credit card on August 8, 2016 will be transferred and credited to the [redacted] account, leaving a balance of $125.00.  The original balance of     $225.00 was processed by the insurance but applied to the patient deductible so no payment from [redacted] was issued. Nancy [redacted]VP Revenue Cycle Managementn[redacted]@larkingroup.com 713-800-3481
