I have attached the Parking Policy for the Pinehurst Hills Community Association that has been in effect since May 5, Number of the Parking Policy clearly states, “Street SweepingNo Vehicles shall park on the streets on street sweeping day between the hours of 8:a.m- 12:
p.m(Noon)Vehicles parking on the street on street sweeping day are subject to tow at Owner’s Expense.” Signs clearly stating the days and hours of Street Sweeping were installed at each entrance to the Association six (6) months prior to the Parking Policy going into effect. His statement that signs were just being installed that day is inaccurate There was no one out installing signs that day It is up to each Owner to ensure that their visitors, guests, family members, etcknow the rules and policies of the Association to include when street sweeping is to occur and to make sure their vehicle is off the street on that day The Board of Directors has declined this person’s request for reimbursement If you have any questions, please let me know
