Encore went out of business the end of 2014. ...

There were a few jobs to wrap up, his being one of them. We intended to get his job done, but there was no money left to do his job, plus a couple of others.
It is unfortunate, after 27 years in business that this happened. Fortunately, there were only a handful of jobs that were affected by this. At least he was not out of personal funds, and has been advised to contact his insurance company and explain what happened...in some cases, they will still pay for damages.
