EMC has been in contact with [redacted] on several occasions Our owner has spoken to him personally and informed him that he has not been charged for any damage to the unit with the exception of one set of blinds that he admitted was broken, he was charged $and did not dispute this charge EMC is not aware of the condition of the unit when he took possession prior to our management [redacted] was only charged for cleaning of the unit It was explained to him that everyone's definition of "clean" differs and unfortunately, his standard of clean differs from ours We have asked [redacted] to send us the pictures he claims to have and we have received nothing from him This unit required extensive cleaning and therefore, we feel the charges are accurate
