Due to letter you send me on July I was out of town for few weeks and I got the letter I question the employee they said that's not true because we do have sing on the pool of the resister screen stated (receipt printed upon request) but if the person came later asking for the old receipt there is no way we can printed later after other costumer because we don't have the transaction# so we can't print that And the customer need some time to read the sign before the report thlnss does not make sense some time and we been' there since I don't think this is a major problem to us but some time customer they have nothing else to do just complain so I hope you understand and thank you for let me know I will keep eye on the matter Thank Owner [redacted] Encanto Liquor

Review: I purchased items at the store and no receipt was given. I was told it's okay, I didn't need one.I went back to fax and make copies in a different day, I asked for a receipt, and the person said I didn't needed a receipt. I said I did and it's the "Law" to receive a receipt. The person got upset and told me in a loud voice to get out of the store and never come again. He Called me a trouble maker and a liar. I told him to just give me my receipt, since I need them for my records. He told me in a loud and threatening tone that if I didn't leave he would throw me out.Desired Settlement: I would like to see the store give out receipts for any item purchased or for any service that is paid for. I would also appreciate the change of attitude towards its customers. Last to comply with the laws of the State of California and the city of San Diego, from which it does its business.
