letter from the Revdex.comI understand the zipper was not replaced in the first time the garment was brought into the cleaners, and after the second replacement, it was not clear that the issue had been with the color of the new zipper replacement - the message I was given from my employee was that the zipper was still not working, and he wanted a new zipperI then called the customer and told him we could replace it another time for $(which is the cost of the zipper) - without fully understanding that the first replacement was done incorrectly.I do apologize for the customer if he felt I was rude - again, I was given a message that he customer wanted a new zipper because it was not working the way he wanted it to work. I am willing to refund him for the total costs of the cleaning and zipper replacement, which is $(this includes tax)It is also in our policy that we are not responsible for items left over days and claims made after days of pick up - the customer dropped off this item on 1/18/17, picked up the item on 1/23/2017, and the complaint was received on 3/6/2017.I am also going to call the customer this afternoon to apologize, and will also write him a letter of apology as requested.Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do in order to sufficiently close this assignment.Thank you,Enatai Cleaners
