I *** gave *** my bank card to place an order on January 31st 2020 for herself for valentines day. Kit (Oval) for the amount of $99.99 bringing the total to $106.81 USD, *** has emailed company 3 times no response, being ignored. However on January 31st money was taken from MY bank account. they have their money and I have nothing which is considered a scam and since we are both disabled it is considered a federal offense taking money from disabled people and not delivering their product or even shipping it. it is also a federal offense to commit fraud against a senior as well as a ex military personnel which I *** am. under the american's with disabilities act.18 U.S. Code CHAPTER 47—FRAUD AND FALSE STATEMENTS
Defective product. Replacement promised never came. Its been over a month.
I purchased online the shin E gel top coat. I received the order on less than 2 weeks. The product was very cloudy. I contacted customer support about it. They asked for picture proof. I sent it and they said I received a defective product and they would sent a replacement. I received no tracking number for the replacement. I waited, and after a couple weeks I sent another email inquiring if I was suppose to send the defective one back. They said no throw it away and I should be getting the replacement any day now. I waited another week. Nothing. Then I ask for the tracking number. I was told it was sent in a way that there was not one but.... They could see I should be getting it in a day or two. I waited again. Week goes by and I send email stating that I still have not received the replacement yet and I needed the tracking number or I would have no choice but to leave bad review. I get a call from some lady saying the same thing the email said it will be here in a couple days. That was over 2 weeks ago. I sent another email stating I still have not received my product could I just get a refund. No answer to that email.
The package I have ordered seems to have gotten lost even before it left the US. I have contacted my local post office to find out where it was. Every time I called them, I received the same answer; the package didn't even reach outbound customs,
I have contacted enailcoutuere about the packaged. They didn't respond for almost 3 days. This is what I understood from the email;
- They are not responsible for the packages once they leave their facility
- They give refunds only when the items were returned to them.
- Even then, they would not provide full refund; 5% of restocking charge will be charged to the customer.
I live in Japan and I have been buying products from multiple countries, but this is the worst customer service have ever received.
I am not willing to pay for something I didn't receive. I once again requested for a refunds, but I have not heard from them so far.
I understand that international shipping could take time, but another order after this has arrived already.
I track the package every day, but USPS information has not been updated since November 16. Tracking number is included in the attached document.
