Review: This company refuses to cooperate with my insurance companies request to receive a fax of the ambulance run report including trip sheet. Instead of doing that, they'd rather turn me over to a collection agency. I will continue to call daily in hopes that eventually I'll get someone nice enough to take care of this matter for me. If anyone has to call them, avoid curmudgeon named Mary. She's about the rudest customer service person I've ever spoken to.Desired Settlement: All I ask is for them to fax an ambulance run report including trip sheet to my insurance company so that my insurance company will pay the claim. For whatever reason, they refuse to.
