Empower Psych Center

This patient made an appointment to our office through our call center. He was mistakenly quoted $as an existing patient rather than $for a new patient visit. When he came to the office for his appointment, we apologized for the error. He became very angry and
confrontational at that point. We apologized for the error again, and offered to see him for $150. He became more confrontational, slammed the door and walked out, then came back in again to see if we would see him for $100. We apologized again but told him it would be $150. He asked then if he was going to be charged for a cancellation fee and we told him no, since it was our error. He has not been charged anything by our office and, because of his behavior, will not be allowed to be seen in our office in the future

this is all one big fat lie.  If I would have gotten violent or confrontational, they would have called the authorities.
