Mr*** called esa and spoke to Olivia on 07/14/to ask where his background report that he requested in May The submission of a background report for the PGA is a two-step process and Mr*** did not complete the 2nd step until 07/14/after our phone conversationWhen he called he
also asked when it could be completed and Olivia asked what addresses he has lived at in the past yearsWe are required per our contract with the PGA to investigate all counties that someone has lived in within a year periodWe also can give general ETA's based off of locations because we know when we can receive the results of a criminal county searchMr*** informed us that he lived in *** ** and no other locationsWe know we can receive the results from that county within hour business hours and informed him soAfter receiving the request after the 2nd step was completed we found out through a Social Security Trace that he also lived in different *** counties within the past years*** county level searches can take up to business days for us to receive the resultsWhen Mr*** contacted us Monday 07/asking if his report was completed and we had to inform that since additional counties were located on his Social Security Trace that the report now has an ETA of 07/Mr*** was upset at this response even though we explained the reasoningWe also informed him that we requested our court record researchers to RUSH the requestOn 07/at 3:PM we received the last criminal county and completed the report then sent it to the PGA.If Mr*** would have informed us that he lived in the *** counties at the time of the phone then we could have provided a more accurate ETA
