A reply was sent to the Revdex.com on 6/29/via fax, as we received a paper copy of this complaint. You should have that in your file. On the paper copy it stated that a work order had already been drawn and scheduled to replace the buried cable. The Due date for this to occur was on
7/5/17. This has been done and we attempted to contact the customer on 7/10/17. We left a message stating that the work was completed and if they had any issues to contact us. We have not heard back from the customer as of today

So they would be charged for the full portion of this plan on the January statement. The Feb. Statement would have...

prorated charges from 12/25/15-117/16-the date they were removed. Therefore, they owed $27.87 for the Jan. 2016 statement and $12.07 for the Feb. 2016 statement for this portion of the bill. Their basic service was not charged after 117/16. On the 7th of Janaury they change to internet only service, which raised his internet price from $36.03 to $52.99 a month. Then they had the internet removed on 1/22/16. Credit was issued on the Feb. 2016 statement back to the 22nd of January. Brenda S.
