Empire Roofing and Restoration Inc

I contracted with Empire Roofing to replace my roof, gutters and 3 windows. The roofing was done as promised; workmanship was average but tools and materials were left behind. On December 19 I was promised calls about the gutters and widows during that week but I was never contacted. On December 27 I called the Division Manager and spoke to him about the contact failures. He said he would "investigate" and get back to me. By January 11 I had gotten no response from him so I called him again. I could only get his voice mail so I left a message requesting a callback. As of January 17 I have gotten no callbacks, and my call to the same Division Manager went straight to voice mail. I called Empire's main office number and spoke to a person who verified the status of my job and listened to my story. She transferred me to a Production Manager's phone which was not answered, so I left another message.
The failure of these people to meet their commitments and the now total lack of response is

The professionals at Empire Roofing and Restoration were absolutely tremendous! Not only were they incredibly responsive, but they went above and beyond anything we could have expected to support the repairs of our damaged roof in conjunction with our roof replacement. Joel [redacted] and his team were exceptionally noteworthy for working late into the night to support our very short timeline. They were always following up with us and the entire experience was extremely positive. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend them.
