During that time, Empire Steel Gates, installed a brand new steel gate for a store front property at [redacted] There are gaps that are created between the gate and wall due to the installation of the gates. When it rains, water then comes into the store. I spoke to [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] for Empire Steel Gates. They responded that they are not going to finish the job they have begun or alter the gates so that there are no gaps, or water penetration to the storefront. I have paid them in full and the gates are still under warranty as we speak. I have called them approximately for six months about the problem, to resolve this issue, but they have not responded to my requests. Please contact me to let me know how to resolve this issue.
