I do not recommend dealing with this company at allI signed up for one of their "packages" where you get multiple conferencesAfter I signed up yet before I attended any of the conferences or received any services I was informed of their shady business practices and requested a refund as I did not wish to do business with them after hearing others reviewsI was told that my request would have to be approved by the chief medical officer and they would contact me once a decision was madeI never heard back so I calledI was informed that they were still waiting to hear a decisionNow weeks later I still have not heard back so I sent an email telling them I would just go to the conference because I did not want to pay all of that money and get nothing out of it They of course responded with in an hour to let me know that I was still enrolled into the coursesThey make it seem as though they have a good refund policy on their websiteDo not trust this!
