We spent a month shopping for ductless AC & heat installation and finally decided on Empire Heating & Cooling of Clifton, NJ and it’s owner, Ozzy K[redacted]. Ozzy is a no-nonsense professional. He’ll tell you exactly what you should get, what it will cost and how long it will take, and he was absolutely right in every instance. He installed 2 Fujitsu compressors and 4 ductless head units in our 2 family home. The units are efficient and quite, and the installation was a clean, quick and efficient. The whole operation was done in 4 days and all of Empire’s work passed the town inspection right away. And maybe most importantly, Ozzy offered us a very fair price, undercutting the competition by thousands of dollars, and completed the whole job for the original price – no hidden fees or unexpected add-ons. I strongly recommend Ozzy and Empire Heating & Cooling. In fact, he’s coming back in the fall to work on my baseboard heating. Great company. Great experience.

Despite having trusted, skilled staff, he often is on site for many of the repairs to ensure 100% workmanship. He has replaced a hot water tank in one of my rental properties and serviced and repaired another heating system at another property. He is prompt to return calls/texts and that is a necessity to a landlord like myself. Ive compared his quotes with other companies and he wasn't always the cheapest but you get what you pay for. He gave me peace of mind and finding a trusted, skilled, experienced repairman was worth it to me.
