Dear Ms***,
Thank you for sending the inquiry filed by *** *** regarding an issue with her Polaroid TV
The inquiry is attached for your reference
Ms*** purchased her TV in December and the TV came with a One
Year warranty
The warranty on this model provides for free repair/replacement, although the warranty terms require the consumer to pay for shipment into the repair facility for warranty fulfillment
Ms*** called the customer repair facility in February to advise of an issue with her TV
After troubleshooting with our reps via phone it was determined the TV would have to be shipped to our repair facility for inspection/repairs
Ms*** was given instructions for shipping back to our repair facility per our standard warranty procedureBut after learning she was responsible for shipping charges to our facility
(as our warranty states) she declined service and asked for a full refund of her receipt purchase
After consideration, and although it is outside of our warranty terms, we have decided to offer Ms*** a full refund on her Polaroid TV purchasePayment will be issued and mailed
with her acceptance
We hope this resolves the issue with Ms*** and the Revdex.com
