Hired Josh E to do restoration repairs on older T-Bird at my home. He completed some, then could not finish due to various issues. He requested pre-payment for everything, and since the original job did progress for awhile, I complied. He also noticed an oil leak on another vehicle and wanted to repair in it my garage. This was not completed and I had to have it towed to the dealer. He required prepayment for this also. He offered to refund $850 plus provide me with all the of the T-Bird parts he supposedly purchased. This has not happened after various promises and delays, promising to refund on certain days then never showing up, nor allowing me to meet him, although Josh has admitted the incomplete repairs are his fault. Separate mailing address ***. Also doing business at *** (not sure if this address is valid but what I was given). Supposedly he has several employees working for him in automotive restoration but has not allowed any of those employees to resolve the issues. I intend to investigate legal action, if I due the claim will include the $850 plus what I paid for T-Bird parts, plus what it costs to have 2nd vehicle repaired at dealer.
I believe I am being defrauded and lied to, possibly because I'm older, alone, and have been recovering from surgery. Sure hope Revdex.com can help.
