She claimed $13.50 was added to her tab. We've included:  1. an itemized copy of her tab, which she never disputed,   2. her signed voucher with no tip included for the correct amount  3. a cpoy of our batch report that was sent in to our credit card processor - we never overcharged her, received or refunded any additional funds from her bank
