I am rejecting this response because:
The owner is  falsely not telling the truth. They did contact me to tell me that they were on the way. I told the Owner  my daughter would be home. My daughter said that they never came to the door to informed her that , scratches were on the hood of the truck.  If the Tech had informed us of the scratches before they proceeded to install the front windshield we wouldn't be having this discussion. if Empire did the scratches. I first Contact the Owner he reply that it is a 2005 to say that scratches should already be on the truck. I did not appreciate that comment. I take very good care of my Truck. Yes my Daughter signed for the glass repair, she never look at the hood of the truck. They came to repair the windshield, not the hood so why would she look for damages on the Hood. There is One thing I don't have to do is falsely telling the truth. There are consequences in not telling theTRUTH!
