[redacted] did originally order a Halo ATMBecause the Halo was out of stock at the time and his need was urgent, [redacted] agreed to a GenMegaThat machine was discounted to adjust for his concession and shipped to him immediatelyThe terminal he received was programmed in our warehouse and we do process test transactions to ensure proper functionalityPerhaps [redacted] takes this as a sign of prior use, however it is not [redacted] has now decided that he wants the Halo We would be happy to ship a halo to [redacted] if he would like to purchase that terminalI would also be willing to discuss the return of his Genmegaand consider waiving our usual restocking fee
[redacted] had suffered a loss of his previous terminal due to flooding He was in urgent need of an ATM When he contacted us, the Halo II was not in stock and for that reason, he agreed to the GenMega It's clear that [redacted] has changed his mind about that Empire would like to help [redacted] and we are offering the following resolution: [redacted] can return the GenMega We will offer him our discounted shipping rates We will inspect the terminal for damage and we have already offered to waive the restocking fee We are also agreeing send a Halo II (as they are now in stock) after the price difference is paid at no additional shipping cost (an expense of of over $to us).It its Empire's goal to provide ATM solutions for our clients As a demonstration of our good faith towards [redacted] ***, we have offered to waive the restocking fee and re-ship at no costI am hopeful that this solution will resolve [redacted] ***'s concerns

When I received this ATM I ran a transaction report on the second day of use just to check it and it had over transactions on itThat's more than I put on one in a yearThe machine was obviously used and again it was not the one I ordered
