The waitress decided to come look at our signed bill that was charged on a credit card and proceeded to ask for a higher tip of at least 18% that she didn't deserve. She sat and fought with us trying to get more money. It was very, very rude and unacceptable! She deserves a 0% tip.

I ordered two menu items: crab rangoon and kung pao tofu. The rangoon was listed as $5.95 and the tofu was $9.75. With tax that should be $16.74. I just looked at my credit card statement, and I was charged $19.75! Not only that, but when I went to use my credit card there, they told me that I couldn't use the card if it was under $20. I'm pretty sure that practice should not be allowed.

I'm very upset about this.
