I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. One note - I was called twice on July 15, 17, and 20, not just once on July 20 as the response states.

I worked for this company a month. This places is a joke. They say the random drug screen people that's a joke. I couldn't even count how many of the employees spoke pot on lunch break and before they come to work you can smell it every were. There have even been times people have gotten high at work in the bathroom.. the employees are rude I was directly threatened by one of them he said if anyone were to come in there and shot up the place he would use me as a human shield. Really!. I was written up for giving someone my time card information to clock me out because I was on the bathroom floor crying of menstrual cramps so bad I couldn't move. I was written up for a no call no show when I tried to call and the phone just kept ringing and ringing. I also got written up and told I was throwing my calls away when it was three Spanish call I don't speak Spanish and I was getting someone who does. The supervisors do not care about you unless you are making sales. They started sending me home after my first week every weekend after being there for two hours cause I hadn't made any sales. This followed into being a daily thing. They say they pay you 9.00 an hour no I was only getting paid 8.50 an hour. They do coll calling. They call people all day long multiple times a day and they start calling people at 6 am now I know that is not with in business hours. I would never ever refer someone to this company and quit frankly I think someone needs to monitor this company.

At this point during the call the representative attempted to verify the address to...

ensure we were speaking to the correct person which consumer stated he would not provide any more information to our company.  Consumer did request information sent to him.  No other personal information was requested from consumer during the phone call.  Constar did attempt to send a letter to the consumer at the address on file however the letter was rejected at the mail vendor due to apartment number. The account has now been closed at our office and referred back to [redacted]. If Mr. [redacted] has additional questions he can contact the trust and safety department with [redacted] at [redacted]Constar Financial Services is not a credit bureau reporting company. We have reviewed the account and spoke to the consumer multiple times.  The payment was authorized as the consumer needed her service moved to a new address and the service could not be moved unless the payment was made.  The payment was credited to the consumers Cox account.  This account is no longer available to our company and any further discussions must be made directly to our client, Cox Communications.
