Emily's Collection

Review: Emilys- Collection has not updated their website (emilys-collection.com) since APRIL. I placed an order and have NOT received any type of confirmation or packages. I have left numerous voicemails and e-mails, and nobody has returned any type of communication. I noted on their Facebook page, that there are numerous complaints from other clients, regarding the same issues. They also have promo codes listed on their websites, they haven't been updated for months (It should be granted to customers because of false advertising).Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.If no applicable, I would like to be refunded for the discount promo that states on their website (20% entire purchase).I would also like to be contacted by store owner about these issues.
