At this time, I have not been contacted by Emilio's regarding complaint ID...
[redacted].I have not received any correspondance from them, which tells me they agree w/the way their manager has handled the situation. I will never go back there & will make sure everyone I know is aware of how they treat their customers.

Review: On Wed. 11/26/2015 at around 9:45pm I went to Emilio's to meet with friends for dinner. We sat at the bar. I have been here a few times before and loved the food and music. I realized they were pretty busy and this is probaly why it took a while for the bar tender to take my order or greet me. At any rate, I asked about a dish that read on the menu, something along the lines of: pita bread, artichoke hearts, olives, ect. I asked the server about this dish and another dish that was a cheese platter bc I am a vegetarian. He described the dish I ordered as a platter, so I'm taking from the menu decsription and the server description this is a cold platter w/pita bread to place the veggies on. When it comes out it's like a mini pizza. I took a bite & thought this isn't what I ordered. So after a while, waiting on the very busy bar tender, I was finally able to flag him down & ask: Is this what this is? (while pointing to the item I ordered on the menu) he immediately says, "Yes & I'm not taking it off or paying for it out of my tips. I told him I thought the item was something else and would like to order another dish, please take this back. I had a tab open, so I was prepared to spend money in this establishment. He refused. I asked for the manager and the other bar tender who told me her name was "Rachel" backed up the server and told me I could call the owner and he would say the same thing. She also let me know she had been there for 12 yrs so deal with it. I asked to close my tab and advised I wasn't paying for the pizza item, but paid for my drink & salad, which Rachel threw out & I didn't get to finish as well as my drink. Rachel also stated to me "you don't get s
t for free", she also told me to take my business elsewhere and she told me "this is why we pick & choose around here". I am in compete shock about my experience at Emilio's. I make it a point to support local establishment's and have never been treated this way before.Desired Settlement: I want to make sure the actual owner knows about this & I want him to know, I deserve better treatment from his employees. If [redacted] truly feels this is the way customer's should be treated, I will definitely make sure I don't enter his establishment again or my friends.
