I am rejecting this response because: I did give the money to the manager, I ask him if he prefer the cash or the check and he replay saying that wasn't really matter how, and I say to him ok I pay cash and a did put there money on the table( actually was a giant computer screen) with all the paper that I was sign , with all this signing ( he was moving all those paper around)he fill an envelope with a bunch of paper and landed to me, like I mention I was the last costumer before closing the door, kind try to rush me out the doorI left the store with the envelope and after 2/weeks they call me to say that I own them a $dollarNO WAY, I pay them

Customer was charged $for oil change plus taxes and shop supplies for $totalThe $oil change offer cannot be combined with other offers including the VIP Service dividend that he is mentioning which is disclaimed on the coupon
Mr*** owes us $1,in down payment that he has no proof was ever paid to usHe claims he paid us cash but we have no receipt of it and the finance manager claims no cash was ever paidWe always give receipts for any cash paidOnce we are paid in full we will adjust the credit

response because: the guy in the font desk didn't mention to me that the coupon cannot be combined with any other discount. If he explained to me in the first place, I would not file such a complain. But instead he said he can but also add the weird labor fee to make the money looks right to him. So in a word they lied to me.
