Review: we emailed a web site [redacted] to buy a puppy $315.00 to the door we did what the web site said to buy a puppy and we where texted by a paul duke we did pay $45.00 more for door to door as he said paul then said the puppy will be at our door the next day when he had not contacted me with the time of delivery I texted and emailed him to see what was up then he said I needed to send him $550.00 I told him that was never talked about or on the web site info he said he didn't know about it and then he said it was insurance and would be refunded after delivery again not on web site or talked about until after we paid for the puppy we said return the money and forget it he said he spent the money paul duke said he cant do anything untill we paid $550. he scamed me watch out its a nice web sitebut a lieDesired Settlement: money back $360.00 or dog delivered to our door

Review: I agreed to pay $315.00 for a Husky puppy named Jake. I was assured the total cost would be $315.00 including delivery. I used [redacted] to send the money. Then he asked me for $550.00 for insurance and told me it was refundable upon receipt of the puppy. I sent him the money.I was then asked for $215.00 for transport and accommodation. I sent him the money. Then he asked for $490.00 for veterinarian costs. I told him the puppy was still his responsibility until I received it. We agreed I would send $255.00 for the vet bill and it would be refunded along with the insurance fee upon my receipt of the puppy. I sent him the money. Then he said the puppy was on it's way and the transporter would be contacting me. He gave them the wrong phone number and they were unable to contact me. He said he puppy was being returned to Virginia. He asked for another $280.00 for me to receive the puppy. I told him have them deliver puppy to me at any store that had money gram and I would send the money upon seeing a live, healthy puppy. He refused. I am very upset over this. If there are puppies, then then he put a live puppy with a transport company and they took it from Virginia To California and back to Virginia?!!!! That is crazy and mistreatment of an innocent animal. I am very concerned that this [redacted] is abusing puppies. If not, then it is a scam of the most appalling nature. Praying upon peoples emotions and scamming them out of their hard earned money.Desired Settlement: I need my money back. I was caught up in the emotions of receiving this puppy. I wanted it so much that I kept sending the requested money. He had a name and I saw pictures of him. Now I feel abused betrayed. He took my money and refused to deliver the puppy. And now he refuses to refund me anything. If he is truly brokering puppies then he is abusive. I cannot believe any reputable business and human being would treat a innocent animal the way this puppy has been treated.
