Review: The issue I am having is that I had my original loan for my home done by emery financial and I was pretty happy with the way [redacted] took care of me. Then after 1 year later they sent me a letter that the rates dropped and asked if I wanted to refinance. I was ok with moving forward on saving some additional money each month with the new lower rate. So I gave [redacted] all the requested info that he asked for plus I had another property so I decided to refi two different properties. On Feb 2015 after paying $490 for the appraisal fee I had an appraisal done on my property which came out perfect with everything we wanted. I emailed [redacted] back with all the additional documents and after I heard nothing from him. I followed up 2 months later asking what the heck is going on he responded that he is working with credit and there was some issue with my application. 2 months pass no call no reply this guy totally forgot about me. I emailed him and asked him what the heck is going on with my two home loans. Follows back sorry please send me your documents again. I was like what happen to the documents I originally sent over 2 months ago when all the conditions were checked off. He said sorry no documents we would have to decline you. With no follow up no updates this was the worst experience from any loan officer.

I decided to go with another company sent over the same exact documents I had sent to [redacted] loan closed within 10days.Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my appraisal as I wanted to do business with emery financial, but [redacted] totally dropped the ball and forgot about me and I no longer trust their business practice.
