Emergency Service Associates

Review: I was seen on 07/04/2012 and 07/05/2012 at [redacted]'s Emergency Room. I provided my insurance information at the time of the visit. [redacted] was paid by my insurance company but Emergency Services Associates was not due to incorrect billing. I provided my insurance information two more times to ESA. They still did not bill my insurance company correctly and sent me into collections ([redacted]). I paid [redacted] the bill because it was on my credit report and we were getting to refiance our house and it had to be paid in order for us to do that. I have contacted them several times since I paid [redacted] and I was told both times that [redacted] had to bill my insurance because it was sent to them. I have been having problems getting my money back and my insurance billed. This is on my credit report and it should not be. I am out 905.00 and I have a mark on my credit report. This is all because someone did not do their job correctly. This has been going on for over a year with no results. My insurance company has finally got the bill on July 20, 2013 and I am not sure if they are gonna pay because of the 365 day rule. I have spent countless hours on the phone with ESA and [redacted] trying to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like this removed from my credit report and I would like my money back.
