Emergency Fire & Water Restoration

To Whom it May Concern,
My family and I suffered a fire in February of 2015 that displaced not only me, but also my daughter and grandchildren. We had an attic fire in my two story home. Both floors were affected by not only fire and smoke, but water as well. From the very beginning we were at a loss of what to do and who to turn to. The insurance company sent in a national franchised preferred vendor to take care of the immediate needs and from the start I was not happy. I felt as though we were lost in the shuffle, and that it was just another job for the company (who I will not name). Fortunately for us, Penelope along with the entire Emergency Fire and Water team stepped into the picture, organizing efforts and helped guide us thru the entire process, to the end.
From the start of their envolvement, Emergency Fire and Water was able to work directly with my insurance company and begin work as soon as possible. They went to bat for me and my family and made sure that everything was done properly without short cuts and that my home was being put back together properly. Penelope kept in constant contact with us and truly made us feel that my family and I were her's and Emergency's first priority. There were a lot of ups and downs (as are with any life altering event), but the whole staff of Emergency Fire and Water were amazing to work with and made the process as painless as possible. I was kept up to date on all the progress that was made, and when Emergency had to fight for what was right, I knew that they were keeping my best interest in mind.
I hope to never have to deal with another insurance claim again, but if I do, Emergency Fire and Water will be my first and only choice. I highly recommend them for any fire or water restoration needs
