Extremely unprofessional wait time to initially be seen by physician. I came in for chiropratic treatment since I recently been in a car accident and before treatment was discussed I was placed on a call with a lawyer without requesting any lawyer information. I was requested to sign release of information paperwork before being adviced of treatment. I came in at 9:50 am for a 10 am appointment and did not begin x-ray even though I already had x-ray and a copy of my x-ray disc on hand until 11:36 am. I was advised to remove my lip rings and when I was putting them back in was adviced since it was noon and lunch time I need to hurry. I had to call out from work since the appoint was far longer then the hour I was adviced it would take. The nurse was upset I wanted to put my rings in so she threw the towel over my head and bumped against the head rest where my head laid. I requested a copy of my police report and papers they had me sign while blank and was denied the oppertunity to obtain a copy. Over all experience was extremely unsastifying.
