To Whom It May Concern;
We have carefully reviewed [redacted]'s concerns regarding her EMT Course. Additionally, we have reviewed her file and signed confirmation documents contained therein. Each concern that is mentioned was addressed on the first day of class. At that time all students
received a copy of the Course Policies, Rules and Regulations and, signed an acknowledgement that they received such. A copy of [redacted]'s signed Acknowledgement of Receipt and Understanding of Course Policies is in her file, dated, March **, 2013 which was the first day of
class. This document states that the policies, rules and regulations are binding to the undersigned throughout the duration of the program.
[redacted] was terminated for Classroom Behavior Problems. On more than one occasion her instructor asked to speak with her, regarding her overall performance in the course. [redacted] refused to review the counseling record or sign such record on each occasion
Noted in the opening paragraph under Counseling Sessions is the following statement: “At the discretion of the course CIC, a conference maybe schedule between the CIC and a student regarding any matter that may have an impact on the student, participation in the program. The CIC may request that another ECP instructor be present at the counseling session. A counseling record will be completed by the CIC cnd signed by both the CIC and student. Should the student refuse to sign the counseling form, the CIC and an additional instructor will be asked to sign in lieu of the student with a notation entered of the student's refusal to sign."
Noted in the 10th bullet under Course Termination/Expulsion and Appeal Policy is the following reason for termination statement: "Failure to sign a student counseling form."
In an effort to expeditiously resolve this concern, as we seek to do when any concerns are raised, we have offered [redacted] to join a new class for a discounted rate. A letter has been mailed
to her and signed for by her on 10/**/13. A copy of such letter is included in this response. As of today, 11/*/13 we have not had a response from her.
We trust this demonstrates our commitment to supporting our students and seeking to resolve any concerns in a most expeditious manner. I can be reached at [redacted], should the need arise for clarification of any issues or with any further questions you may have.

Response:
We are having great difficulty understanding exactly what [redacted] is staing: She says her complaint has not been resolved. Is she talking about the past EMI class she was in or a future one she wants to join. She was asked to sing a counseling form on June **, 2013 in her original EMT class. Also in our Policies Rules & Regulations, of which Revdex.com has a copy, a student can be removed from the EMT program if their average on exams & quizzes drops below a 70%. Looking forward to clarification from [redacted] and a speedy resolution to this matter.
Thank You
