I had contracted with Comfort Control to install a new HVAC system (furnace and air conditioner coil unit) in my home last fall I was told I needed to contact them again this spring to charge the AC unit My wife contacted them and made an appointment They cancelled the first appointment They showed up at the next appointment time and is now telling me that I need to replace another part that is almost $in order for my air conditioner to even be charged I asked why that was not completed last fall when I paid the full amount of the install of the entire system I have a child with severe seasonal allergies and not having my AC unit working is causing issues with his health and well being
