We hired this company to build a pool for our family We read and signed a very simple contract and felt we made the right decisionWe were wrong The hole was dug on May 9th, and weeks later almost nothing else is completed They promise work days, and then no one shows upThey say permits are completed and they aren'tWe were told that they could do extra concrete that needed to be done for a deck we are having built and now that has been retractedIts now been days since anyone has worked, we have paid $40,of the $57,and we still have no completion date in view--with a HUGE mess in our yardThey continue to give us excuses as to why they are not finishing their job, blaming others for their problemsI ask for a time frame of when the pool will be completed and they will NOT give us an estimated completion dateI am so frustratedThis company should not be in operation I wonder if they are even a legal company now, because I have never seen such an unprof
