My husband and I chose Emerald Coast Custom Homes, Inc (ECCH) to build a separate building next to our home in our subdivision that consisted of a garage with an adjoining large workout room, bathroom and storageDue to having an HOA, we had to meet certain requirements for the outside of the buildingECCH was able to match the brick, windows, roof lines, garage door and trim with our existing homeWe were so happy with the quality of work and the communication with ECCH that we hired them again to remove an inside door and rebuild a wall thereThe wall looks like it was built with the original houseWe also had them cut through the outside brick wall to add an entrance to the bathroom from our patioWe highly recommend ECCH for new home construction and home renovations
