I am rejecting this response because:The letter submitted in response to my complaint has nothing to do with the complaint itself.  The complaint is in regard to the seams throughout my house pulling apart to the point the carpet cannot be vacuumed, steam cleaned and since Jim d[redacted] has chosen to ignore every attempt to resolve this issue since the summer the carpets are now fraying and need replacing or restricting and cut to redo the seams.  We've been informed by the the independent carpet inspector for an irrelevant issue which Mr. D[redacted] is trying to use as a solution that the problem is not in the carpet it is in the substandard installation.  This displays lack of character itself on mr. D[redacted]s part.  It is deceiving and again not acknowledging the problem once again.  We have sent a dozen emails and made 2 phone calls clearly explaining the problem of seams throughout our entire house involving Grey carpet as well along with sending pictures to emerald carpet.  This site will not allow me to attach the pictures properly bit will continue to try so several responses may be received by myself.
