I have received the letter for customer name [redacted] purchased embroidered hat on may she walked in the with her own design and I looked at her desing and I told her before she purchased that logo is very detailed for hat, it may not come out exactly like in image she showed me, and she told me to try your best to make look like this hat, also she told me that try to match thread colors like in this image which I tried my best to make that logo look like same on the hatand she complain about the hatand I told her this is the best result it can be, BECAUSE IT'S VERY DETAIL LOGO WHICH I TOLD HER IN THE BEGINING I ASKED HER IF YOU DONT LIKE THE HAT, I CAN REFUND YOUR MONEY, WHICH I REFUND THE MONEY BACK
