Embroidered Expressions

I took in my Nurse Mate ($40) brand new bag to get my name embroidered on itI left the bag for days and when I came back to pick the bag up, when I was looking at the work and I immediately noticed that the lady had sewn the inner pocket closedKeep in mind that the inner pocket has a strap and snap that obviously had to be unsnapped in order to sew the name on the bagWhen I pointed out what she had done she immediately said it was my fault because she didn't pay attention to it having inner pockets and I didn't tell herAre you kidding me? How is the place even in business? This is the only business like this, that I have ever been required to pay upfrontAnd now I know whyI am extremely dissatisfied with not only their work, but their horrendous customer service is totally unacceptable and very unprofessionalI strongly advise against anyone going to this company for anything!
