I had to switch plans on Emblem Health for my son. Big mistake. They sent me an incorrect invoice. Did not update his records for over a month. Then placed his plan on inactive. I tried to call multiple times to resolve the issue and was told they had to verify that I was his mother. My son is 14 years old. My name should have been on file with his name. Now because they decided to make my file inactive I can not pay over the phone I have to mail the remaining balance. Such incompetent customer service. How can you send a bill with an incorrect amount and not update your system for over a month. Without the customer knowledge cancel the policy. What a big joke. So disgusted.
