Embers Grills

My Trail Embers grill was purchased from Tractor Supply around November 2019. Immediately upon assembling my grill, a key component would not work causing the grill to not function. The magnet which pushes the auger was assembled backwards, so I changed the magnet for it to work properly. After 3-4 more uses, the grill would not load the pellets correctly. I contacted The Boltz Group/Trail Embers and they wanted me to disassemble the grill again and troubleshoot the wiring on my own.

This is ridiculous. No other appliance are you required to disassemble and reassemble the machine in order for it to work. There have been two problems causing the grill to be inoperable after less than five uses.
